As a Foreman/Site Manager with this group, you will be part of a high calibre team and work closely with your nominated Site/Project Manager whilst you will also have the support of CA/PC’s, but will have full responsibility for the planning, organising and managing the overall site including:Site control trade coordinationWorks and program planningInduction and safety analysisMaterial purchaseSub contractor selection & supervisionProject developmentCertification of occupancy These projects all have different challenges relating to program, logistics and finishes but we are specifically looking for individuals with proven experience in live environments, advanced stakeholder management skills particularly pertaining to clients and superintendents whilst you must also be able to demonstrate an unwavering commitment to best practise in OH&S.
