        Randstad have partnered with one of our national clients who are expanding rapidly at present. We have been engaged to source an experienced Contracts Administrator to work at their project on a DIDO basis to Western QLD. The company provide EPC services in the Resources and Renewable Energy sectors here in Australia. They have recently won two large projects, one in the Surat and one in the Bowen Basin, both with the same client. Reporting to the Project Manager your duties will include:Securing subcontractors.Compilation and processing of head contract progress claims and certification.Overlooking specification and construction schedules.Management of variations, progress claims and time extensions.Maintaining client and subcontractor relationships. They have become the “go-to” builder in their sector of education, retail and commercial projects. As a result of their continued success they are currently in need of a Junior Contracts Administrator for the delivery of their award winning projects. Your JobTo be successful in this role you will have a minimum 1-2 yrs experience as a Contracts Administrator (post grad). You will have worked independently on commercial build projects from start to finish taking responsibility and having exposure across; writing scopes of work, letting trade packages and negotiating on price, budget control and forecasting during a project, ownership of RFIs and document registers and close out of trade packages. Ideally you will have been exposed to mid-tier projects between $1m - $5m of both new build and refurbishment projects. D&C experience is considered advantageous.
