Suria is recognised for her strong business management and people leadership skills, having fulfilled various roles across different geographies and Randstad offices. Working exclusively across government and based in Canberra in recent years; Suria has acquired a deep understanding and knowledge of the public sector and their complexities as a customer of recruitment solutions. Since July 2020, Suria has taken on a newly created senior leadership role in our Melbourne business to streamline Randstad Victoria’s public sector recruitment operations. Suria leads a large, diverse consulting team who are dedicated to delivering specialist and scalable temporary and permanent talent acquisition solutions to a large Federal, State and Local Government portfolio.

For five years, he has led and grown Randstad's business within the construction, property and engineering space of government, as well as working as account director. Paul is also a former teacher whose professional and personal values and ethics remain closely aligned to the public sector.
