A well established government organisation were seeking to attract new talent to their sustainable infrastructure group. They identified 8 positions, across studies and solutions delivery that were of a critical requirement in the first phase of a large scale recruitment project. One particular profile had been vacant in the organisation's structure for 400 days.

To run a full recruitment process for 8 unique and niche positions within the Australian market, seeking expertise in dams, mechanical, hydraulic, geotechnical and structural engineering. This involved formulating and executing both local and international marketing strategies to attract these highly sought after and scarce talent.
