A newly formed state government agency was formed to support the state’s investment into infrastructure. Randstad were engaged to source talent across finance, HR, policy, strategy, infrastructure, marketing, communications and legal due to our extensive experience working with Government Departments and Agencies.

Randstad had a Master Matrix which would track:
- New roles taken on, who would be handling which areas and the timelines they would work towards for submissions, interviews, and placements;
