You will be responsible for: Allocating all resources, including equipment, facilities and employees, as well as acting as the focal point for communication with internal and external stakeholders.Maintains an efficient and cost-effective operations team Manage production schedule to meet business / client needs,Pick, Pack and dispatch Ambient product in accordance with GMP/GWP regulations.Provide weekly productivity and financial reports to management Assist direct Manager to ensure Quality, Safety and Productivity receiving targets are achieved.Assist with non-conformance reporting, hazard reporting, risk assessments, Quality and Safety investigations.Responsible for personal and team safety and Zero Harm initiativesEstablish, implement and maintain published procedures and related documentationFacilitate continuous improvement in process efficiency to improve productivity and reduce occurrence of errors.Deliver efficient and risk appropriate solutionAssist with implementation of quality initiatives that provide cost containment, maximise profit and meet budget and customer objectives without negative impact to quality and/or compliance.The Successful Applicant will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:Five or more years’ experience in provision of third-party logistics services.Experience with Distribution Centre systems and accountability for management accuracy of client’s inventory.Experience working and complying with cGWP, cGMP and cGDP.Good problem solving and procedure writing skills using Microsoft Office. Staff management experience, including negotiation and communication skills.Customer service experience and skills.Good knowledge of the unions and industrial environmentMust have Australian residency with full working rights.
