      Looking for maintenance fitters who are available for immediate work. These positions are casual/contract with a view to permanency for the right person.This role requires sound mechanical knowledge as well as in-plant maintenance experience. The scope of work includes the undertaking of daily maintenance activities of a FMCG plant, focusing on fault finding and problem solving and implementing ongoing improvements to minimise repeat problems and increase efficiencies.The majority of the roles are day shift, however, there are also a few night roles available.Working hours vary per role. Some are 8 hours and others a 12. To be considered for this position, the following criteria must be met:Trade qualified mechanical fitterHydraulics and pneumatics accreditationExperienced in maintenance and servicing of high speed packaging equipmentFault finding and problem solving abilityMust be computer literate. SAP experience would be preferable.Good written and oral communication skills.Ensure compliance to Quality, Environment, Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety requirements. These roles require a team-based individual, who also has the ability to work un-supervised in a timely manner.
