Role Purpose:To ensure the successful delivery of services, the General Manager NSW is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of all activities across their depots. This includes managing their people, assets (fixed and rolling stock), promoting safety and wellbeing, ensuring compliance, whilst delivering financial performance and business growth. The General Manager NSW will also be primarily responsible for improving and maintaining external and internal stakeholder management in the region. Key Accountabilities:Provide leadership to your team aligned with company values,Work collaboratively with Managers;Develop employee capabilities;Ensure compliance with all service contract obligations;Work with the sales and marketing teams to proactively grow the charter business;Monitor and report on the Regions performance, ensuring compliance;Drive a culture of continuous improvement to all business processes across the region;Work closely with the Asset and Fleet Presentation Manager to ensure fleet reliability, cleanliness and safety.Strong stakeholder engagement and developing and maintaining key relationships (internal and external).
