Some Key accountabilities will include: Support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in day to day activities such as preparation of presentations to senior executives, preparation of meeting minutes, and management of comments and modifications registers, organising stakeholder meetings and workshops.Manage and monitor the performance of the Design and Construction Contractor and the interfacing Professional Services Contractors ensuring that activities comply with expected quality and durations.Assist with the identification and proactive management of project specific risks and ensuring development of practical mitigation measures.Work collaboratively with subject matter experts within the ATP program and ongoing interface with wider project stakeholders such as maintainers and operations staff.This is an initial 6 month contract based in Macquarie Park, with the opportunity of an extension depending on project scope and budget.Deadline for submissions is Wednesday, March 31 @ 2pm.For more information, please email your updated CV to inna.sidorova@randstad.com.au or apply via the link provided.
