    Role Title: Covid 19 Call Centre SupportEnd Date: 06/02/2022 ( view to extend) Hours: 7hr/day 35hr/week *Please note you will be required to work 7 hr shifts between 7am-7pm across 7 days*Location: Between WFH/Parramatta locationCheck: 2x References, WWCC, Police Check ( on success- randstad will cover Crim check/ references- you will purchase a WWCC on success from Service NSW - Paid work WWCC) Job Requirements: BelowThe client mission is that all children in NSW participate in high quality education and care services, including for 600 hours a year in the two years before school. Our work is based on established evidence of the benefits of early childhood education to enhance children’s cognitive abilities and social and emotional skills.Primary purpose of the roleThe role responds to routine enquiries and assists with the provision of information to the sector and stakeholders.Key accountabilitiesRespond to routine enquiries and provide accurate and customer focused and refer matters that cannot be resolved to a relevant senior officer. Direct clients to relevant resources to assist in the resolution of their enquiry.Register routine complaints and incident reports and refer contentious matters to the appropriate officer for further action, to ensure the efficient and timely management of complaints.Register and refer statutory notifications to ensure the timely and thorough review of complaints.Maintain the database for early childhood education and care service records in NSW to ensure databases are maintained accurately and to the highest standard.Provide accurate and timely information related to GIPA requests, subpoenas and other operational matters so that deadlines are met.Provide senior officers with accurate and timely information on operational matters to support the work of the Directorate.To apply you must: Provide double vaccination evidence Must clear a police check and WWCC - no disclosable outcomesMust be available Mon- Sunday between 7am-7pm ( 35 hours a week- additional hours at your discretion) Must be willing to travel into the office when requiredPlease only apply if you can work onsite and have a WFH setupIf keen please email your CV to rawan.shakhtour@randstad.com.au and ensure your CV is attached, if you have a current WWCC and Police check please also fwd.
