You will also be experienced in the co-ordination of marketing events, presentations, reports and other initiatives required for the business5+ years experience as an Executive AssistantExperience in providing assistance to multiple Managers at any given timeClear and precise communication skillsExperience in preparing and reports on company marketingThe PositionSecretarial and administrative support including reports for the executive & financial teamCoordinate and provide high level administrative support to the MDPreparation of weekly and monthly Management reportsCoordinating leadership meetings, minutes and agendasAd hoc projects such as research, assistance with event / internal eventsYou will have a forward thinking approach to providing assistance to Management and will have a drive to work in a busy, fast-paced and challenging environment.
