        This is a 6 month contract role working for a large international financial institution. The Payroll Team Leader position will be part of a large remuneration project focusing on quality, risk, compliance, etc. This role is based in Parramatta CBD and offers flexible working opportunities to the successful candidate. Key responsibilities:Support and lead a team of 5 officers and work as the escalated point of contact.Oversee the quality, risk, compliance of the remuneration project.Assist team with processing payments, superannuation calculations, managing bank accounts, etc.Carryout all related reporting for the project and attend senior stakeholder meetings.Support the wider payroll team and business with any ad hoc tasks or projects. Key skills and attributes:Ideally come from a payroll background with remuneration exposureIdeally have lead and coached a team within a fast paced environmentKnowledge of awards and ability to interpret awards would be beneficialStrong excel skills and ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly. Prior experience with Oracle would be beneficial.
