This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations and ensuring the smooth running of our office environment.

About your new role

• Manage and coordinate office administrative procedures and systems
• Create purchase orders
• Supervise junior administrative staff and delegate tasks effectively
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents
• Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Process financial documentation including invoices and expense claims

What you will need

• Proven experience in an administrative role with supervisory responsibilities
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software
• Experience with financial processes and budget management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
