Answer phone calls in a polite and courteous manner and resolve enquiries where possible, distribute phone calls to others as required.Work closely with clients, stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring all personnel are compliant to mobilise.Cross check all labour hire personnel candidates, to ensure ID, tickets and competencies are aligned with site requirementsPrepare correspondence, reports, site communication to clients and all communication in accordance with the business, whilst ensuring a high quality level is maintained.Actively support team members and management as required.Maintain a high level of confidentiality in accordance with Legislation and Policy.ORGANISATIONAL RELATIONSHIP:Reports to the Site Supervisor and Manager Team on siteFIFO and SITE CONDITIONS4 days on / 3 days rest Flights provided from Darwin out to site.
