    Your responsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the team including processing letters, invoices, reports and records.Provide customer service through face to face contact, phone and email in a prompt and courteous manner.Registration, preparation and collation of applications, correspondence, certificates, notices, complaints, approval documents and all other forms of communications as they relate to the Portfolio.Assist technical officers in dealing with and advising applicants on how to make and check applications, lodge development applications at the front counter, comply with development procedures and monitoring work flow.To address general enquires, and backup other clerical functions in a prompt and courteous mannerContributing to workplace health and safety, risk, environmental and quality objectives and targetsKey capabilitiesDemonstrated working experience in office administration.Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service and advice.Demonstrated ability to effectively use Microsoft suite of programs and electronic records management.Ability to plan, organise, set priorities and manage time to ensure objectives are achieved within an agreed timeline.Capacity to communicate effectively both in oral and written form.Ability to constructively contribute to organisational and team outcomes.If you would like to be considered for this role, this is a great opportunity to tell Randstad about you.
