The role You will be the Diploma educator in either the 3-4s or 5-6s room and will be responsible for programming and planning for some of the children. You will also be able to effectively communicate with parents, staff and children. The role can be full time or part time depending on your requirements and the centre are very flexible if you want to work 10 hours days or 8 hour days.
