    If you are looking at a 'foot in the door' opportunity within State Government in the Geelong area and have excellent administration, problem solving and customer service skills then apply today!Main duties will include:Processing high volume incoming applicationsMaking sure all applications are fully compliant against proceduresEngaging with internal and external stakeholders to follow the process throughUsing problem solving skills to refer and escalate complex issues and complaintsAny other administrative tasks required including mail processing, filing, archiving and refundsIdeally to be successful you will have:Well-developed time management, organisational skills and excellent attention to detailStrong customer service focus and ability to liaise on a professional level with diverse client/stakeholder groupsDemonstrated ability to manage regular workload with minimal supervision and work as part of a teamDemonstrated ability and willingness to absorb knowledge and learn new skillsGood verbal and written communication skills and a working knowledge of Excel and WordGood keyboard skills with demonstrated experience in operation of screen-based data management systemsExperience in a similar role undertaking administrative tasks/processing forms/accurate data entryThese roles will start as soon as possible with training provided and may also include a working from home option with you predominantly working in the office.
