As a result they are looking to recruit a Project Systems Accountant on a contract basis for 6 months to support the Finance Manager with testing requirements for the new system.You will be responsible for: • Project managing any changes to the accounting systems including liaising with the IT teams and stakeholders. • Designing and development of management reports for senior finance stakeholders. • Technical and finance support for cleansing of the finance system database. • Having a strong understanding of finance framework in business workflows in accordance with new system requirements • Driving continuous improvement in financial and system processes.The successful applicant will be available to start the position within the next two weeks and will have experience in working with multiple finance systems and will have strong excel skills. Experience of user acceptance testing or supporting an ERP implementation is a critical advantage.
