What You'll Do
In this fast-paced role, you'll be instrumental in supporting our temporary recruitment efforts. This means you'll be at the forefront of sourcing, screening, and placing compassionate and skilled aged care professionals for various shifts and roles. You'll use your expertise to find top nursing talent and ensure our clients have the staff they need to provide exceptional care.
What We're Looking For
- We're seeking a proactive and driven individual who can hit the ground running. You'll need:
- Experience in recruitment, particularly with temporary or high-volume roles, or a healthcare professional with a deep passion for the aged care sector.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and quickly fill urgent shifts.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
