About Your New Role
As a Property Manager, you'll manage the daily operations of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, fully leased, and compliant with laws. You'll act as a bridge between property owners and tenants, keeping both sides happy while maximizing property value. Strong communication and negotiation skills are key to success in this role.
- Oversee all aspects of property operations.
- Provide exceptional tenant service, promptly addressing inquiries.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, security, cleaning, and other services.
- Conduct regular property inspections for compliance and maintenance issues.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards.
- Resolve tenant complaints and conflicts.
- Maintain meticulous records (property status, financials, contracts).
- Liaise with property owners, providing regular reports.
- Assist with rent collection, financial records, and budget preparation.
- Support marketing and leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants
What You Will Need
- Certificate IV in Real Estate practice (perferred but not essential)
- A Valid Drivers Licence
- Previous experience in property management desirable
