Key responsibilities:
This is a hands-on leadership role that balances big-picture strategy with meticulous execution:
- Strategic Branding: Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies, leading project branding from initial ideation through to high-impact launches and ongoing sales cycles.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to pinpoint target buyer segments and optimize pricing positioning.
- Multi-Channel Campaigns: Execute sophisticated campaigns across digital advertising, public relations, content marketing, and offline activations to drive high-quality lead generation.
- Asset Production: Oversee the creation of premium marketing collateral, including bespoke websites, luxury brochures, video tours, and immersive sales environments.
- Event Management: Coordinate project launch events and community activations designed to build market "buzz" and convert interest into commitment.
- Performance Tracking: Manage CRM lead nurturing and report on key KPIs (CPL, conversion rates, and traffic) to ensure maximum ROI on marketing spend.
Experience & skillset:
The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment:
- Industry Expertise: At least 6+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in brand creation and campaign leadership within the property sector.
- Education: A Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.
