About your new role
The Learning and Development Partner plays a key role in driving capability uplift across the organisation by delivering tailored learning solutions, managing development initiatives, and collaborating closely with the People and Culture team. This role is responsible for planning and executing learning programs, coordinating with external providers and government stakeholders, and ensuring smooth administration and reporting of all learning and development activities. It also provides expert advice to leaders to support a culture of continuous growth and improvement.

- Confident in managing staff engagement initiatives, including running surveys and generating insights from results
- Hands-on experience contributing to initiatives that support cultural transformation and change
- Skilled in coordinating external training providers, overseeing bookings, and managing vendor agreements
- Comfortable updating and optimising learning systems to improve accessibility, efficiency, and user experience
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to respond clearly and professionally to learning and development queries and reporting requirements
- A motivated self-starter who thrives working independently, while also being a strong team player in a collaborative environment
