As a trusted HR advisor you will be working directly with a broad range of stakeholders in the delivery of hands-on coaching and advisory support on employee relations and industrial relations matters and managing HR cyclical events.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Providing expert advice and coaching to managers on employee and industrial relations matters.
• Coordinating cyclical events such as performance reviews, talent management, and remuneration.
• Developing and implementing strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new people initiatives.
• Partnering with both internal and external stakeholders, including unions, to deliver people programs.
• Contributing to initiatives that improve process efficiency and enhance employee engagement.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Tertiary qualification in HR, Business Management, or a related discipline (desirable)
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices & regulations
• Knowledge of the Fair Work Act, relevant awards, enterprise agreements and other employment legislation
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• An Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights
• Developed communication skills
• Intermediate ability with Microsoft Office Suite, document preparation and HRIS/payroll, Learning Management and Recruitment Software
