About the Role: As Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and high-quality delivery of hospitality services within our aged care facility in Ballarat. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and leading both kitchen and laundry staff.
- Ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Managing inventory, budgeting, and compliance with food safety and aged care standards.
- Handling administrative duties related to hospitality services.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Hands on role in both kitchen and office
About You: You will possess relevant qualifications and demonstrated skills in hospitality management, ideally within an aged care setting. The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role, overseeing kitchen and/or laundry operations.
- Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management or Commercial Cookery.
- A strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- A compassionate and resident-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in both office and kitchen environments.
