Key Responsibilities:
Support the Global Sales Manager in aligning business strategies across global sales teams, retailers, and regions.
Develop key partnerships with retailers and distributors to increase profitability, distribution, and product ranging.
Create and implement short- and long-term channel strategies for all regions.
Manage the merchandising relationship to activate the brand at retail and create reports to provide actionable insights.
Achieve annual sales targets and profitability goals.
Drive new distribution with existing and new customers.
Develop and implement key reporting, forecasting, and sales processes across all regions.
Monitor and report on business and competitor activity and results.
Work with the marketing manager to build the brand at retail and increase product trial, purchase conversion, and customer retention.
Experience and Skills:
3+ years of experience in an Assistant Business Manager or Assistant Sales Manager role within the FMCG industry.
Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
Extensive experience in leading and coaching teams.
Excellent negotiation, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel.
Ability to work autonomously, manage personal workflow, and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, resilient, and passionate approach with a performance-driven mindset
Familiarity with marketing principles and engagement with the beauty/skincare industry is preferred.
