Randstad is currently taking applications for an Assistant Facilities Coordinator and Administrator with a well-established company. Bringing your experience in customer engagement, administration, and project support, coupled with your positive and ambitious attitude, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient operations at a national level.
Facilities Coordinator and Administrator Duties
- Assist in the coordination of maintenance and repairs for a national portfolio of properties.
- Act as the primary point of contact for facilities-related inquiries and service requests from staff and contractors.
- Manage a calendar of maintenance schedules, inspections, and vendor visits.
- Process work orders, invoices, and purchase orders related to facilities services.
The successful candidate will
- Have demonstrated experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably within a facilities or property management environment.
- Have proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Have the ability to analyse facilities data, identify trends, and make recommendations to support decision-making.
- Maintain a current Baseline Clearance.
