Greeting visitors and managing front desk operations
Handling incoming phone calls and emails
Providing administrative support to teaching and leadership teams
Assisting with student records, enrolments, and general documentation
Maintaining internal systems and responding to general enquiries
Managing mail, filing, and daily office operations

About You:

Previous experience in reception or administration roles (education experience highly regarded)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Confident using MS Office and education-based systems (e.g., Compass, Sentral, Synergetic)
Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Availability for contract work with varying durations and start dates
