Expression Of Interest APS5/6 Case Managers
We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced and motivated individuals to fill upcoming APS5 and APS6 Case Manager roles. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting clients through tailored case management services and contributing to meaningful outcomes for individuals and communities.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on the level (APS5 or APS6), your responsibilities may include:
Managing a caseload of clients with professionalism and empathy
Conducting assessments and developing case plans tailored to individual needs
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate services and support
Monitoring client progress and outcomes, maintaining accurate records
Preparing reports, correspondence, and briefings
Providing mentoring or guidance to less experienced staff (APS6)
What We’re Looking For
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in case management, service delivery, or client support roles
Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions
A collaborative approach and commitment to client-focused outcomes
Knowledge of government programs or human services (desirable)
Eligibility
Australian citizenship is required
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (Baseline or higher)
Relevant qualifications in social work, psychology, human services, or related fields are desirable
