About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a polished Workplace Concierge / Receptionist to be the warm and welcoming face of a Collins St office. In this role you’ll make visitors feel at ease, keep the front desk running seamlessly, and provide a mix of admin and coordination support that makes a real difference to the day-to-day flow of the business.
What You’ll Do
- Greet visitors and contractors in a friendly, professional way
- Manage the front desk, phones, and visitor passes
- Coordinate couriers, mail, and office supplies
- Assist with bookings, catering, and event logistics
- Support the team with admin, data entry, and document management
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in reception or admin (hospitality experience is a bonus!)
- A natural people-person with great communication skills
- Confidence with Microsoft Office (SAP is a plus)
- Someone reliable, organised, and proactive who enjoys being the go-to person
