Our client is currently seeking experienced Customer Service Call Centre Operators for current and upcoming contract opportunities within the government sector.
This is a short-term contract opportunity for a specific campaign, with full-time hours expected after an initial training period. There is potential for the contract to be extended beyond the campaign's completion
This role will support the Victorian public and will be based in Ballarat, VIC, requiring a presence in office for some days, with other days offering flexible work.
What You'll Do:
You'll manage a wide range of inquiries from the Victorian public via telephone and digital channels. Your core responsibilities include:
- Providing consistently excellent telephone answering services to a wide and diverse range of customers.
- Efficiently managing customer requests using Microsoft Dynamics, Share Point, and CRM.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective questioning, attention to detail, negotiation, and conflict management.
What We're Looking For:
You'll need a strong customer service background and the ability to perform under pressure. We're seeking individuals with:
- Contact centre experience.
- Excellent customer focus and strong communication skills, with the ability to interpret customer questions and situations quickly and respond accordingly.
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate digital maps and a general knowledge of Victorian geographical locations
