We're seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals to join our Customer Contact Centre team, serving the Victorian public.
What You'll Do:
You'll manage a wide range of inquiries from the Victorian public via telephone and digital channels. Your core responsibilities include:
- Providing consistently excellent telephone answering services to a wide and diverse range of customers.
- Efficiently managing customer requests using Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, and CRM.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective questioning, attention to detail, negotiation, and conflict management.
What We're Looking For:
You'll need a strong customer service background and the ability to perform under pressure. We're seeking individuals with:
- Contact centre experience.
- Excellent customer focus and strong communication skills, with the ability to interpret customer questions and situations quickly and respond accordingly.
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate digital maps and a general knowledge of Victorian geographical locations.
Important Details:
This role is 100% remote and there will be home office requirements that must be met to be considered for this position.
A satisfactory National Police Check will be required.
