Known for our technical expertise and customer-focused approach, we’re expanding—and looking for a Business Development Manager to lead new growth opportunities.

The Opportunity

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new business, nurturing key relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. You’ll work closely with our engineering and project teams to bring ideas to life—from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development in electronic security and AV sectors

• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

• Identify market trends and growth opportunities

• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution alignment and client satisfaction

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

What You’ll Bring

• Proven B2B sales experience—ideally in electronic security, AV, or technical integration

• Strong understanding of security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection) and/or AV solutions

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, results-focused, and able to work independently

• Strong commercial acumen and solution-selling approach

• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
