We’re seeking a Business Development Manager – Fleet & Corporate Sales to identify, develop and manage key business opportunities across medium-to-large organisations, government departments, and leasing companies.

About the Role

As a key member of the Fleet & Corporate Sales team, your focus will be to:

• Identify and secure new business in fleet and corporate sectors

• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, councils, leasing companies and rental car providers

• Manage the full sales process including quoting, tendering, and client onboarding

• Proactively grow and retain existing customer relationships

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences throughout the sales cycle

• Partner with marketing to deliver targeted campaigns and generate leads

• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reporting

• Travel locally as required to meet client needs

About You

You’ll bring to the role:

• 3–5+ years’ experience in automotive fleet or corporate sales

• Proven track record in business development and account management

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

• Deep knowledge of fleet products, leasing solutions and vehicle finance options

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet/exceed targets

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

• A current and unrestricted driver’s licence

Experience with FMO relationships, fleet optimisation strategies, or manufacturer training will be highly regarded.
