About this company
Our client is a large, well-known transport company that is currently seeking an experienced Transport Administrator to join the administration team based in Laverton
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm
Onsite interviews commencing immediately for the right person with an ASAP commencement
You will be responsible for
- Manifesting driver paperwork
- Receive & Dispatch
- Updating orders (pallets, confirming customer details etc)
- Scanning documents
- Raising Pallet dockets in 2IC
- Liaising with drivers both local and line haul
- Adhoc duties
- Booking in customer freight with DC
- Problem solving of warehousing and delivery issues
- Assisting stock control
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have
- 1-2 years experience in transport administration
- SAP & Kronos experience preferred
- Strong work ethic
- Reliable and self motivated
- High standard of work
