This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who excels at managing a large candidate pipeline and quickly filling critical positions. They are hiring for a variety of roles including Plumbers, Electricians, Cleaners, Kitchen staff etc and need a skilled recruiter to hit the ground running.
What you will do:
Manage the full recruitment cycle for a large number of blue-collar positions, from posting jobs to extending offers.
Source and screen a high volume of candidates efficiently using a variety of platforms.
Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
We are looking for someone who has:
Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably for blue-collar or skilled trade roles.
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with various sourcing tools and an ATS.
