Randstad has partnered with a leading State Government Organisation to recruit an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Officer for a 3 month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced team and play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment services.
About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive recruitment support, ensuring best practices are followed, and contributing to the overall success of the People and Capability division. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising and applicant management to compliance and offer extension.
Key Responsibilities:
... - Deliver end-to-end resourcing and recruitment services.
- Provide guidance and direction to the business on best practice recruitment, including advertising, pre-screening, assessment and interviewing.
- Manage job posting, applicant management, and compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Update and maintain recruitment records and databases.
- Ensure recruitment and selection standards are maintained.
- Interpret and apply policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Essential Skills & Experience (Non-Negotiable):
- Demonstrated experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) such as Springboard.
- Proven experience in a similar talent acquisition role within government.
- Sound understanding of contemporary recruitment practices and sourcing strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment activities concurrently, prioritize work effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and work to priorities.
