Supply Chain Planner/Analyst
About the role
Our client is the leading provider to the Building, Industrial, Water & Wastewater industries based in Hoppers Crossing.
Due to growth we're looking for someone with strong supply chain planning experience for a 12 month fixed term contract
You’ll be working alongside a supportive team and reporting to the Supply Chain Manager helping to manage customer relationships, streamline systems, and drive business efficiency whilst using Microsoft Dynamics
Please note that this role is a work-from-office only position
Microsoft Dynamics experience highly regarded
Your new role:
- Monitor stock levels and lead times
- Collaborate with suppliers
- Analyze supply chain data for risks and improvements
- Coordinate goods movement from suppliers to customers
- Work closely with Supply Chain Manager, Project Managers, Engineers, and Field teams to align supply with business and operational needs
- Provide demand plan summaries, KPI reports, and use of Microsoft Dynamics for scheduling, reporting, and inventory control
- Ensure materials meet quality standards and assist procurement with cost analysis and supplier performance
Experience required:
- Strong background in supply chain analysis and proven experience using Microsoft Dynamics.
- Clear communication, proactive problem-solving, excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work independently or as part of a team.
