This is a critical role where you'll drive the social media strategy for leading consumer brands, playing a key part in increasing awareness, reach, and engagement. You'll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and is committed to being a leader in the FMCG space.
What You'll Do:
... Develop and manage comprehensive monthly content calendars, creating, scheduling, and publishing highly engaging social media posts across platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
Collaborate extensively with external suppliers and creators, including creatives, stylists, and influencers, to generate high-quality, on-brand content.
Proactively engage with online communities, fostering strong brand relationships by responding to comments and messages.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using platform insights to ensure strategies are effective and continuously optimized.
Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends, contributing innovative ideas to enhance organic reach and engagement.
Align social media efforts with broader digital strategies, working closely with the Digital Performance team to drive awareness, consideration, and trial for our brands.
What You'll Bring:
Mid to Senior-level experience in social media management, ideally within the FMCG (food, beverage) sector, or from a digital/social agency working with consumer, product, retail, or D2C brands.
A proven ability to be both strategic and hands-on, comfortable leading planning while also executing daily tasks.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
An analytical mindset, capable of using data to inform and refine strategies.
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach, thriving in dynamic environments.
