Victorian Tier 3 Commercial Contractor best known for their Education, Industrial, Community, Airport and Civic projects up to $50m constructing around Victoria. This builder has over 20 years of experience across the industy, with a focus on a family friendly environment, whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism and reputation across the industry.
Role:
Lead projects from start to finish, making sure everything runs on time and on budget.
Mentor and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors and labourers, creating a positive and productive work environment.
Safety, enforcing all regulations and conducting regular inspections.
Maintain quality by implementing and monitoring control programs that meet or exceed industry standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders, providing clear updates and addressing issues proactively.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have the following
- Trade background
Demonstrative experience as a Site manager/ Supervisor in Commercial Construction in Victoria
- Ideally experience managing Commercial New builds larger than $15m
Proficiency with site based software like Hammertech and Visibuild
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A meticulous attention to detail and a willing attitude
Strong commitment to Health and Safety
- Availability for a September start
