Our client is looking for a Site Engineer with a strong foundation in Australian construction practices, standards and safety. You will play a pivotal role in the on-site coordination and execution of civil construction projects.

You will be based in North West of Tasmania and will have the ability to take on the responsibility of a high profile project and contribute meaningfully to delivery and outcomes. ...

About the role:

Coordinate daily site activities to ensure project milestones are achieved in line with the program and budget.
Supervise subcontractors and site staff to maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards.
Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, progress reports, and site photos.
Support Project Engineers and Project Managers with scheduling, reporting, and project close-out documentation.

About you:

You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction projects in the Australian industry (experience in Marine projects desired).
Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Solid knowledge of Australian construction standards, environmental and safety regulations.
