Your New Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior or Principal Consultant to join the Parramatta Business Support team, consisting of 4 vibrant and hardworking recruiters. This isn't about micromanagement; you will report into and work alongside an extremely supportive and energetic Branch Manager who actively encourages development and growth within your career, as well as a fun working environment. This role offers the chance to truly own your market and make a significant impact.
Your Responsibilities:
- Building, growing and nurturing your own strategic client accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Consulting candidates and clients on the recruitment process, becoming a trusted advisor rather than just a matchmaker.
- Screening, interviewing, and matching candidates to open roles.
- Updating the internal system with candidate and client information.
- Growing a strong client base through creative and innovative marketing activities.

- Previous recruitment experience is essential
