About Your New Role
As a Senior Property Manager, you'll manage the daily operations of a smaller portfolio of properties ensuring they are well-maintained, fully leased, and compliant with laws. You'll act as a bridge between property owners and tenants while dedicating time to leadership duties.
... - Manage a small portfolio of properties.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to property managers and assistants.
- Oversee team KPIs such as arrears, inspections, lease renewals, and client satisfaction.
- Act as the escalation point for complex tenancy and client issues.
- Represent the agency in tribunal matters when required.
- Support business development activities, contributing to rent roll growth.
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and supportive team culture.
- Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act (NT) and agency policies.
What You Will Need
- Certificate IV in Real Estate practice
- Previous experience in property management 4+ years (desirable)
- Experience at NTCAT is a must
- Agents Licence (desirable but not essential)
- A Valid Drivers Licence
