IT Project Manager – Retail Operations & Loyalty Projects
6-Month Contract | Melbourne-Based | Immediate Start | Onsite 2 days per week
We’re partnering with a well-known retail brand to deliver two time-sensitive workstreams across their retail store network. This role will suit a Project Manager with experience in retail operations, pricing compliance, and loyalty systems — someone comfortable bridging business teams and technical stakeholders to deliver outcomes at pace.
What you’ll be working on:
Leading the coordination and delivery of a national shelf-labelling uplift across stores
Overseeing the audit, planning, and relabelling process to ensure pricing accuracy and compliance at the shelf edge.
Driving the implementation of a customer-facing email campaign within the loyalty program to notify members of expiring vouchers.
Working with internal databases, CRM, and marketing teams to align customer data and ensure successful message delivery.
Managing stakeholders across store operations, marketing, and IT to resolve issues, track progress, and meet agreed milestones.
About you:
You’ve previously led projects that touch retail execution, store operations, pricing systems, or loyalty initiatives.
You’re confident working across both business and technical teams, with a strong grasp of campaign timelines, data dependencies, and operational realities.
You’re highly organised, outcomes-focused, and able to drive workstreams without needing heavy oversight.
