What you will need to exceed
... - Strong analytical capabilities, using workforce data and trends to craft solutions that align with business goals and key performance metrics
- A deep understanding of organisational behaviour and dynamics, allowing you to influence stakeholders and navigate change with confidence
- Extensive experience in senior HR roles, ideally within large, complex organisations where you’ve led initiatives across workforce planning, change management culture transformation
- The ability to act as a trusted advisor and coach, providing pragmatic, people-focused advice that supports both individual performance and broader organisational success
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and foster collaboration across all levels of the organisation
Must have
- Experienced in driving organisational change and enhancing workplace culture
- Skilled in handling complex employee relations and managing investigations
- Preferred qualifications in HR, Organisational Development, Industrial Relations, or related fields
- Proven ability to partner with teams to deliver practical HR solutions
