about the job
we’re seeking an experienced senior payroll advisor to support a critical back pay project and provide operational coverage during a team transition. this is a hands-on role where you’ll manage end-to-end payroll processing for over 1,000 staff, ensuring payments are accurate, compliant, and on time.
you’ll also be the key contact for payroll queries, back pay calculations, and system accuracy, working closely with people & culture, rostering, and finance teams.
skills & experience
proven end-to-end payroll experience in high-volume environments
strong knowledge of awards, eb agreements, and relevant legislation (aged care & health)
proficiency with payroll systems
high attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and clear communication skills
ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines
