About the Opportunity
Senior People & Culture Advisor to join a dynamic, fast-paced HR function supporting a group of related business entities.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end generalist role where you will provide both operational and advisory HR support across the employee lifecycle. The environment is fast-paced, requiring someone who is comfortable working autonomously and managing shifting priorities.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, supporting managers, maintaining compliance across all people processes, and acting as the key point of contact for all people-related matters.
Your Role
- End-to-end employee lifecycle management
- Providing HR advice and support to managers
- Employee relations and performance management support
- Drafting employment contracts, variations, and documentation
- Award interpretation and legislative compliance
- Onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes
- Supporting HR cyclical activities such as reviews and reporting
- Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You are a confident and capable HR generalist who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. You are comfortable working independently, making decisions, and managing a varied workload.
- Strong generalist HR experience in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of employment legislation and compliance
- Confidence managing employee relations and advising managers
- Strong drafting skills for HR documentation and contracts
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes
