The Role

As a People Advisor, you’re the right-hand support to the HR Business Partners. You won’t just be sitting behind a screen; you’ll be actively helping solve problems, guiding staff through policies, and making sure our workforce planning stays on track. You'll be the essential link that keeps our people processes moving and our team on track.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting Business Partners: Working side-by-side with the People Partners

• Providing Expert Advice: Acting as a clear, professional voice for staff and stakeholders regarding policies, awards, and employment legislation.

• Managing the Lifecycle: Drafting high-quality position descriptions, maintaining employment records, and compliance

• Market Insights: Researching industry data and salary benchmarking to help the organisation stay competitive in attracting top talent.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Managing key communication channels and building genuine, collaborative relationships across the entire office.

• Advisory: You have a proven track record of delivering HR advice to a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Technical: You can interpret legislation and awards, with ease and explain them in a way that makes sense.
