As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing contracts for a variety of high-profile projects. Your expertise will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for overseeing contract negotiations, managing subcontractor relationships, and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of contract administration
- Negotiate and finalise contract terms with clients and subcontractors
- Monitor project budgets and ensure financial controls are in place
- Resolve any contractual disputes or issues promptly and effectively
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
- Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
About You
We are seeking an experienced professional with:
- A minimum of 7 years experience in contract administration, with a commercial builder
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent understanding of contract law and construction contracts
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure
