Role:

The Senior Business Analyst will analyse and document the existing IT systems current state and investigate ways for creating efficiencies in the development of future state business processes.

Responsibilities:

• The initial tasks will relate to the discovery and the design phases of the of the project.
• Review and evaluate the requirements captured by the vendor undertaking the discovery and design. Ensure requirements are captured in the form of Epics, features and user stories and align with the Territory’s business needs.
• Assist with the development and management of project and program documents.
• Manage the requirements and design documents during the procurement and build phases.

• Highly skilled Business analyst with advance knowledge and experience in workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, solution design, stakeholder management, system analysis, data analysis, process mapping, documentation, and testing.
• Experience in Rostering, Time & Attendance project preferably in a government organisation.
• Experience working in Agile projects using Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with external vendors and suppliers and ensuring their deliverables are in accordance with the Territory’s requirements.
