The Opportunity:
This is a pivotal, 3 month execution-focused role responsible for bringing our brand to life through the expert delivery of brand and events projects. You will act as a key guardian of the brand, managing our core assets and creating a community of brand advocates across the business.
From planning to implementation, you will deliver unique and memorable events - from internal conferences to high-profile corporate hospitality at iconic venues in Sydney. Your purpose is to ensure every brand activity and event is flawlessly executed, aligning with our global strategy and local positioning to help solidify our place as a leading Australian brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Guardianship: Advise on the best practice application of the brand, ensuring all touchpoints and experiences meet global guidelines.
- End-to-End Event Management: Plan and deliver a wide range of unique internal and external events, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and achieve a strong return on investment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Consult with and act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders across the business, including senior leadership and the MD's office.
- Project Execution: Execute brand projects from beginning to end, ensuring production values match those of a leading global brand.
- Supplier & Agency Management: Effectively manage relationships and negotiate with agency partners and event suppliers to deliver the best outcomes.
What You Will Bring:
- Significant experience in Brand Management, Events Management, or a related marketing role from either a corporate or brand agency background.
- A comprehensive understanding of brand management principles and their practical application in a complex business.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in budget management and a sharp focus on ROI.
- Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, matrix environments and delivering projects to tight timeframes.
- Exceptional relationship management, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the confidence to partner effectively with senior leaders.
